Connectivity Requirements

Ensure your mobile phone will work in the UK before you arrive. An eSIM is a practical option — it lets you keep your US number while staying connected locally. Providers including Three, EE, and Vodafone all offer eSIM plans. Review the full connectivity requirements, here.

Under-18 Students

If you are under 18 on the program start date, additional steps may apply to your participation. Details will be sent by email over the summer.

Program Policies

Payment and Withdrawal Policy

The program makes advance financial commitments for housing, classroom space, and activities before the year begins. If you withdraw after May 1, you are responsible for the charges outlined in the Payment and Withdrawal Policy. Review this policy as soon as possible — it covers payment terms, the schedule of charges, and withdrawal conditions. The policy is also available in your Application Status Check.
